GB Racing core product range is our FIM approved Bolt on Secondary Engine Covers. GB work very closely we all the major manufacturers and high profile race teams to design our latest products. Utilising modern 3D scanning machines and 3D CAD software, they scan in the OEM engine covers and design our secondary engine covers for maximum protection whilst incorporating many of the original design features of the standard engine covers.
Rapid Prototyping is key to the design and development of products. GB are able to supply rapid prototype products in many different materials. Dependent upon what needs to be achieved, they can produce near equivalents to the actual injection moulded parts, ranging from an aesthetically pleasing appearance, to fully functional prototypes. These prototypes are thoroughly tested prior to final tool manufacture, ensuring a fast quality product design, ready for full production.
The GB product range features the highest specification, Bolt-on Secondary Engine Covers and Frame Sliders in motorcycle racing Worldwide. They are continually developing and improving their crash protection products from team and customer feedback.
Teams in partnership with GBRacing include almost all of the British Superbike and Supersport paddock. In World Superbike, Ten Kate Honda, Crecent Suzuki, Provec Kawasaki, Factory Ducati and Aprilia teams. The majority of the grid in Moto2 including Tech 3, Marc VDS, JIR, IODA, MotoGP CRT grid. GB Racing work very closely we all the major manufacturers and high profile race teams to develop our latest products. GB vary the injection moulded material thickness, from 2mm to 12mm, providing both maximum protection, with sufficient ground clearance, and weight saving too and continually work with the teams for their feedback.
